BAS'98
THE THIRD SYMPOSIUM on COMPUTER NETWORKS
June 25-26, 1998
Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, TURKEY
BAS'98 is the third of an ongoing series of meetings that
bring together leading researchers in the area of computer
networks and enable them exchange their experiences about
their theoretical and applied research. The symposium will
be held in Izmir and organized by Department of Computer
Science & Engineering of Dokuz Eylul University. The main
topics that are expected to be covered during the symposium
are as follows.

PAPER SUBMISSION
================
Submitted manuscripts (in Turkish or English) will be refereed
and those that are accepted will be published in the symposium
proceedings. Submitted manuscripts should not exceed ten pages
and should be camera ready. Paper format is A4 or letter size
with one inch margins on all four sides, single spaced and 12
point characters. The first page should have a two inch margin
at the top and should include the title of the paper, names and
lastnames of author(s), affiliation(s), mail and email address(es)
and the abstract, not exceeding 200 words, followed by text.
There should be no page numbers printed.
Electronic submission of manuscripts is encouraged. Manuscripts
can be in MsWord 6.0/7.0 or Postscript format. Manuscripts can
be submitted by using any of the following ways:
1- anonymous ftp to ftp.cs.deu.edu.tr into the /bas98 directory,
using names of one of the authors. Files sent in this manner
can only be written once and cannot be deleted or read afterwards.
2- by email to the address bas98@cs.deu.edu.tr with an attachment
3- if electronic submission is not possible an original and three
paper copies (with an accompanying floppy diskette) could
be mailed to the address below.
