****NO-COST ACCESS TO INFORMIX DATABASE SERVERS AND TOOLS****

Educational institutions play a crucial role in the future of the
technological industry, and access to the latest technology is critical
when creating an effective and productive educational environment. Over
the past 10 months, the Informix for Innovation Software Grant Program has
provided over 100 academic institutions $10 million worth of the most
innovative and leading-edge technology for use in the classroom and
academic research environments.

The Informix for Innovation software grant program provides eligible
educational and non-profit organizations no-cost access to Informix's
industry leading database technology. Grant recipients receive a five-year
product license which includes software and documentation and a full year
of updates, support, and training. Grants are awarded to educational
institutions for use in a research setting or for use in the classroom as a
teaching tool only.

The program continues to grow, with more products, services and resources
becoming available to grant recipients, including new database options and
tools. To apply for an Informix for Innovation grant, please contact Holly
Lugassy, Informix Grant Programs Manager at lugassy@informix.com.

I look forward to hearing from you.
