AIMS OF THE CONFERENCE
----------------------
To advance the science and technology in distributed programming and its
applications by:
-providing outstanding presentations of collaborated R&D from academia
to industry
-providing practitioners opportunities to review and evaluate new methods
and tools, and providing researchers exposure to practical problems
-providing a forum for the discussion of new research results and their
social impacts
The two-day technical program will encompass 10 sessions covering 30 papers
on the areas listed above, as well as 3 keynote addresses by distinguished
speakers.
The first WWCA International Conference -WWCA'97 was held in Tsukuba
in March 1997 and the Proceedings was published as LNCS 1274 by Springer.

SUBMISSIONS
-----------
To submit papers, please send four copies of the full paper with a maximum
length of 16 pages to the WWCA'98 Secretariat by October 31, 1997. Papers
should be written in English and must include title, authors, affiliations,
attached with a submission form. Please complete the submission forms,
and indicate which session the paper is being submitted to. One or two
papers are being called for in each session. Reviewers nominated by the
chairs of each session will be responsible for selecting outstanding papers
for presentation. Authors will be notified of acceptance by November 25.
The revised camera-ready full paper should be submitted by December 15.
The proceedings of the conference will be published by Springer, as one of
the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Therefore, the papers should
be written according to the style file of LNCS. For more detailed

Please note that submitted papers should be presented at the conference.
