Project ERIS aims to develop and bring together studies from the areas
of high speed computer networks, distributed and multimedia systems
and digital libraries to provide a solid foundation for the
technological building of electronic roads that can be used for
cultural and historical exploration both in space and time.

The tasks to be undertaken by the first successful applicant (RA-1)

Multimedia and Internet based technologies (Java, Intranet, CORBA,
CSCW, workflow management, Multimedia modelling, etc.) will be
considered an advantage.

Anyone interested should apply including a CV together with a short
