The Catholic University of Louvain is offering a faculty position in the
School of Management (Institut d'Administration et de Gestion) Ref. ESPO

Description
The new faculty member will teach graduate and undergraduate courses and
seminars, existing or to be created, on information systems. The main focus
is on the design of information systems for management decisions, with
appropriate use of software tools. Teaching activities include also
training in computer languages as Pascal, Cobol, C, ...
Research activities are related to the same topics, the focus being on the
interface between the information systems design methodologies and their
implementation in real management situations. The faculty member will be
involved in advising students for thesis work and coaching young
researchers. He/she is expected to design and submit research proposals to
be financed by outside research and business institutions.
Qualifications
PhD degree with a specialisation both in information systems and in management.
Research experience in the domains covered by the description (attested by
publications).
Teaching experience would be valuable.
Practical experience in designing and implementing information systems in
management situations.
Good knowledge of French, written and oral (teaching is in French).
