SCOPE

The 3rd World Conference on Integrated Design and Process Technology is a
major international forum for the integration of design and process
technologies. The workshop is organized as a part of this conference.
The objective of the workshop is to provide an effective forum for the
exchange of ideas, techniques, and applications among researchers and
practioners from academia, business and industry working in various fields
of database systems. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to, the

IMPORTANT DATES

E-mail Abstract Submission(ASCII file) May 30, 1997
Full-Paper Submission (ps file) October 15, 1997
Notification of Acceptance December 15, 1997
Camera-Ready Copy Submission February 2, 1998

PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors are invited to submit the abstract of papers before May 30,
1997. The abstracts should not be more than 200 words. The
full papers describing relevant, original and unpublished research
or experience works should be emailed before October 15, 1997.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Authors of selected papers will also be invited to submit an extended
version of their papers either to be published in the Fall 1998 special issue
of Journal of Database Management or in the book entitled "Issues of Database
Technology and Design" to be published by Idea Group Publishing, USA.

A copy of the abstract, including author names and affiliations, should be
submitted through email by May 30, 1997 to:
