Administration Information

o The conference registration fee covers the proceedings, conference
reception, and refreshments during the conference, but not the
banquet and lunches.

o The tutorial fee covers the tutorial proceedings and tea/coffee. A
discount is offered for multiples of any two tutorials attended.

o Funds will be refunded if a written request is received at least
30 days prior to the event. Such cancellations will attract a $50
administration charge. No refund will be made for cancellations
received less than 30 days prior to the event. Substitutions may
be made at any time.

o The student rate does not include a copy of the proceedings.

o Students must provide a letter from a recognized educational
institution confirming that they are a full time registered student.
