Applications are invited for faculty positions in the Institute
of Information Management, National Chiao Tung University beginning
in August 1997. The institute offers both MS and Ph.D. programs,
and provides an excellent research and teaching environment.
Several openings for regular and visiting positions
are expected at assistant, associate, and full professor levels.

A Ph.D. or doctorate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or related fields is required.
Applicants should have outstanding research accomplishments, as demonstrated
by journal publications, and should have
experiences in the applications of information systems or
achievements in software development.

We are especially interested in applicants with research interests
in the areas of
1) accounting or financial information systems, 2) marketing or strategic
information systems, 3) electronic commerce, 4) information security,
5) data communications, 6) mobile communications,
7) decision science, 8) information law (visiting or part-time positions only).
However, all other related areas are welcome.
